Feeling peckish?

Fancy something to eat in the SW area? Check out these tasty looking plates…

Lounge, Brixton.
One of my favourite places to eat in Brixton. All day breakfasts, panini’s and chips and lattes. I like to take all my friends here for hangover cures, coffees and chilling out! There’s free wifi and the staff are always really friendly.

The Stonhouse, Clapham
I visited this pub/restaurant in January with the girls, and we had such a fantastic steak, so tender and tasty, complemented by some fresh green vegetables! This pub is famous for said steaks, which are aged in-house and there is a great range of other great sounding meals on the menu. The atmosphere was lively and fun, so I’d definitely recommend it for a date night with friends or couples.
The Falcon, Clapham North
The Falcon in Clapham North was heaving with people in the outdoors area when it was sunny the other day, and they advertise themselves on their roasts and Bloody Mary’s. Above was a pork and chorizo burger I had one Sunday whilst my friends dug into roast beef and Yorkshire puddings. On Sunday’s you can complement your roast with a selection of board games available, the perfect chilling location.

Red Dog South, Clapham North
Visited Red Dog South, which opened at the end of March in Clapham, for my birthday in April. The pulled pork (above) with meaty beans were suberb, however when it came to paying, the waiters didn’t seem to know the menu and we had debates on prices for a short while. Despite this, I’d definitely return for
Dip and Flip, Clapham Junction
Looking for a fantastic burger and chips… and gravy? Dip and Flip offers hot meat sandwiches dipped in as much gravy as you could want, and on the flip side tasty burgers with cheese and bacon. The chips were good, and tasted even better dipped into the side of gravy. I ordered a strawberry milkshake too for a proper diner experience. So full afterwards mmm…
